Ms. Brown has 27 years of retail experience with Walmart in the areas of Marketing, Sales Promotion and Customer Service. She held many positions at Walmart Stores, Inc.: VP of Sam's Club Marketing and VP of Sam's Club Creative Services, and VP of Walmart Stores Customer Service. She was also Director of Sales Promotion and Advertising Manager for Walmart Stores. Barbara left Walmart to start-up a new company, Novation Creative Services Group, LLC, who prides themselves on their cutting-edge creative and far-sighted strategies which deliver innovative, distinct and compelling marketing solutions to grow their clients' business.
Barbara has insights, experiences and successes gained from 27 years with the largest retailer in the world. She brings a wealth of experience in business development, marketing programs, new product development, graphic design, and market execution. Barbara holds a BA in English from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR.
Cheryl Pegram Creative Services
Ms. Pegram has 24 years of retail experience with Walmart Stores, Inc. and Sam's Club. She held many positions during this time: Manager of Traffic and Producers in Walmart Marketing, Sam's Club Traffic Manager and Special Projects Coordinator, and Walmart Store Operations. Cheryl has broad and extensive experience spanning multiple disciplines; from scheduling production for 90 million Walmart Circulars, rollout of corporate initiatives, process improvement and work-flow management. Cheryl left Walmart to be a partner in the start-up company of Novation Creative Services Group, LLC. She ensures that services are produced efficiently; are of the right quality, quantity and cost; and are produced on time, to the customer's satisfaction and at the right price. Mr. Marquez has 25 years of retail experience. His last retail position was Senior Buyer at Walmart Stores, Inc. John left Walmart to start his own consulting company that works with suppliers in the areas of sales, product development, and planning. He has worked with dozens of companies and helped generate millions of dollars in wholesale sales to various accounts both domestically and internationally.

Roger has 20 years of creative experience and 10 years retail marketing experience. He has broad and extensive experience spanning multiple disciplines from project concept, graphic design and illustration, to web design and production.
William Annacone Technology Creative Services
Mr. Annacone spent 25 years in manufacturing and has significant experience in technology and technical sales. He has developed manufacturing processes, computer-aided design equipment, and solved important manufacturing problems with efficient and price-effective solutions. Mr. Annacone spent the past several years developing the intellectual property for prospective Brand Neue innovations.
